Landlord/Tenant disputes

Landlord/Tenant disputes run the gamut from failure to pay rent to failure to make repairs, landlords trying to evict to tenants refusing to leave, tenancy at will to tenancy for years. Georgia has a code section specifically dedicated to the landlord and tenant relationship and the contract that binds the two. Either party stepping outside the boundaries the law creates has a much harder time enforcing or receiving equity the law allows.
My name is Christopher E. Ward. I am an attorney practising in the Douglas, Carrol, and Paulding counties, although I can and sometimes will practice anywhere within the state of Georgia.

Whether the landlord or the tenant, before making a costly mistake, call me to discuss your case at (817) 805 - 3670.

We have a Korean speaker in the office. If you need an arrangement with a Korean speaker, email me at ceward18@me.com
