Landlord/Tenant disputes run the gamut from failure to pay rent
to failure to make repairs, landlords trying to evict to tenants refusing to
leave, tenancy at will to tenancy for years. Georgia has a code section
specifically dedicated to the landlord and tenant relationship and the contract
that binds the two. Either party stepping outside the boundaries the law creates
has a much harder time enforcing or receiving equity the law allows.
